I.S. 303 Welcomed Mr. Mario Bosco author, actor and motivational speaker

January 27th, 2016

On January 27th, 2016 Brooklyn native and Hollywood film star Mario Bosco visited I.S. 303.  Mario recently wrote a book called “FROM HOPELESS TO HOLLYWOOD” where he depicts his journey from childhood illness to a film and television star.  Some of Mario's film and television credits include The Jimmy Kimmel Show, Studio 54, NYPD Blue, and The Taking of Pelham 123 co-starring John Travolta and Denzel Washington.  During the course of his visit, Mario addressed the students about his rise to success and his struggles with illness and bullying along the way.  After his motivational speech, he was gracious enough to stay and take photos and sign autographs for all of the students.  We look forward to his next visit and wish him continued health and success.
